With a little assistance from Castle Alumni/Community Association, Castle High School now has a DOH certified kitchen where they can produce food products.

One of their first products is Mamaki Tea bags. It's professionally packaged in a re-closable pouch. The product will be for sale at the school's Agricultural room on May 16 and 18 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. The tea pouch will sell for $5 per pouch and contains 4 tea bags. CASH ONLY Each tea bag weighs 0.7 oz.
